Funstudio is an arts focused creative studio and production house that specialises in producing large scale public art projects, collaborations and contemporary design.

Our studio is made up of husband and wife team, Billie & Elliott Routledge, based in Gadigal/Sydney. Elliott is an Artist, and Billie, an art director and Creative Producer. With our combined experience, skills and community network, we are able to bring any project to life, from concept development, design and planning, through to project management and installation.

Funstudio has worked with both local and international artists on a variety of projects, ranging in scale for local councils, government, architects and large corporations. Some of our clients are City of Sydney, Sydney Trains, Transport for NSW, UTS, WeWork, The Galeries (Vicinity), Mirvac, Bailey Nelson, Nike and many more.

Funstudio was co-founded by Billie and Elliott Routledge as a platform to collaborate and encourage artists to expand their practice into bold, thoughtful, public art projects. Working with a range of clients, we deliver artist-centric projects that break through the barrier of pubic perception and engagement.

Billie Routledge

  • Head of Production

    With experience as a Creative Producer for over 10 years, Billie has produced and realised projects for private collectors, government, councils and institutions from small to large scale.

Elliott Routledge

  • Creative Director

    Elliott is a Gadigal/Sydney based artist and director of Funstudio with over 20 years of experience in the Arts as both an artist and curator in the public art space.
